TsuCAT folder and output directory locked to /Users/<user>/Library/TsuCAT

this pertains to the V4.3.1 I have loaded, which works but the PTWC messages generated go to a total separate directory (TsuCAT exe resides in /Users/laura.kong/Desktop/TsuCAT.

TsuCAT seems to have set my directory for files (such as messages from generate messages) to go /Users/laura.kong/Library/TsuCAT/etc/
(not /Users/laura.kong/Desktop/TsuCAT/etc/messages e.g., not to the directory where the TsuCAT executable is located)

This root path seems to have been 're'-set somewhere and is now persistent.

I need to be able to set the output Messages folder (or at least the whole TsuCAT folder) where I like.
