TsuCAT hangs on start with "can't find needed files"

I still have the problem with the new disk (message below).
Password works, splash screen comes up, and then this... which then get stuck.
I did not wait for 10 min to see if it comes back,
I also tried to change the prefs to Internet ON, but that did not work.
