Populating the deepest level #176
Description
Sometimes pyBDY populates the deepest level, which isn't used dynamically.
The screenshot shows temperature with -1e+20 for most of the deepest level (at the top of the image), but a couple of (unexpected) realistic values also appear in this level too.
