Hello ZoLa Help Team. The Zoning Help Desk phone line has been closed to the public since March 2020. What I would suggest in lieu of the attached is the following language:

"For general zoning questions, read the <>Zoning Help Desk FAQ</>. If your question is not answered there, please fill out the <>Zoning Information Inquiry Form</> with your block and lot information, and a zoning specialist will get back to you within two business days (not including legal holidays)."
