Button not showing up unless I modify index.html

I am unable to have it work unless I add <script plugin="InPlayerEpisodePreview" src="/InPlayerPreview/ClientScript"></script></body> to my index.html, and yes. I have file transformation plugin installed and it is working with other items, just this plugin that is not working for some reason.

Just to rule out any cache issues,
could you try the default fileTransformation way and then open jellyfin in a new browser?

I belive you, that you already cleared your cache but i have seen some cases, where a simple force reload wasn't enough

Just tried it with Zen Browser, never been inside of Jellyfin on that browser, still the exact same thing. Button isn't there.
