First Alpha

This pre-release version has all the basic commands to securely transfer, store and retrieve sensitive information. There are a few features that are not released in this version:

• wipe command
• revoke command
• any user can cancel wipe strategy
• all users allowed to revoke strategy
• oldest user acquires edit access strategy
• revoker acquires abandoned scope strategy
• encrypt data at rest strategy
