Allow an Admin to change mark incorrect quiz answers as correct

It would be fantastic if a quiz admin could change some of the answers provided on the quiz or mark someone as pass even if they didn't according to the parameters.  We do a verbal retest on answers missed, sometimes it results in a correct answer.  It would be great to be able to record that correction.  Thank you in advance
