build(deps): bump xml2js and jasmine-node (#1757)

Removes [xml2js](https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [jasmine-node](https://github.com/mhevery/jasmine-node). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xml2js`

Updates `jasmine-node` from 2.0.1 to 3.0.0
