[Request] Auto place Lure on Pokestop #1896

Idea: If the bot passes a Pokestop (and tries to spin it) and it's not lured then place a lure on it as option like
autoPlaceLure true/false.
Tried to find my way through the code and api to add it myself but I lack the understanding for the API and the overview about the file structure. Shouldn't be so hard as I saw that there is already a check for pokestops being lured.
