The link to Kanban board in [README.md] (https://github.com/specmatic/tools.openapis.org/blob/main/README.md) is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/OAI/tools.openapis.org'

2. Click on 'https://github.com/OAI/Projects/projects/4' and you will see a broken link.
