[18.0] web_m2x_options: Error in developer mode.

When entering developer mode, the monitor screen goes blank, and the console displays the following error:

In the same vein, I got this when I try to click on an element of a list in some technical menus (like Attachments or mails in developer mode). The form view doesn't open.

I got a similar error too on m2o_options_props

In particular, in extractProps method:

return this.m2o_options_props(props, attrs, options);

In my case, the error raises because this is of type Many2OneReferenceField and not a Many2OneField but is called anyway.

In my case, the error raises because this is of type Many2OneReferenceField and not a Many2OneField but is called anyway.

The naive approach of patching Many2OneReferenceField with the same patch applied to Many2OneField in form.esm.js apparently works! at least in my local settings (18.0)

Hi, I was able replicate the following error:

Caused by: TypeError: this.m2o_options_props is not a function

Steps to reproduce: Settings / Technical / Emails / Advanced Tab

The error raises when a Many2oneReference is used alongside a Many2one in the same form view, and the Many2one position is before the Many2oneReference field.
