Without USE_BSP_DRIVER defined, the BSP code in ./LoRaWAN/Target/stm32wlxx_olimex_radio.c is not even compiled into the firmware.
With USE_BSP_DRIVER defined, leftover includes try to include files (for ST's Nucleo development board that Olimex may have used in development) that don't exist in this project, so those were commented out.
