Hi,
We have tried, for experimental purposes, can-standard with the option of having multiple contracts, with each contract related to a different tender (and different economic operator) for the same lot in the Lot Result. While this option is natural for the case when the CA chooses framework agreement where the CA awards the framework agreement to multiple economic operator, in our experimental case, we are using the contract award without FA prior to the contracting stage. And there is no dynamic purchasing system involved, where this case could be possible. Just plain-vanilla public procurement contract.
The CAN is valid according to the 1.13 SDK, though, to our understanding, this model should be impossible.
In business terms, this would imply that multiple tenderers compete for a contract for a certain lot, and contracting authority awards mutliple contracts to multiple tenderers for the same lot ?!? Not much of a competition then :)
I'm attaching the example XML.
