UI/UX enhancement ideas

Some of it is based on feedback from beta testers.

• Make navbar buttons more highlighted (maybe use a box around it). Also highlight the current page in the navbar.
• When logged in, consider removing the logout button at the home screen.
• Add filtering by category, and see how filtering can be simplified. moved to issue Improve filtering and add sorting at the course view #14
• Make left-top "reviewiiith" clickable.
• Text on homepage is too cluttered, try to increase spacing, like before privacy policy, etc
• course filtering: filter options must take into account the values of other filters that are already set.
• investigate in better theme colours and palettes.
• Add more header text/info to the courses and profs pages that better describe the pages.
• The site is very wordy overall, try to integrate more images, emojis and such.
• Text is too big on mobile or smaller screens, need to work on responsiveness.

Some of the completed subtasks are more open-ended and could be still worked-upon/improved in the future.
