Static Code Analysis is missing a reference

The Description section of the Static Code Analysis page is missing a reference to the UK Defense Standard 00-55.

There is a reference tag [0] at the end of the final paragraph that doesn’t point to any reference in the document.

I believe that was meant to indicate a zero'th foot note.

However, you could go ahead and remove it then link the standard name..... if you can find an authoritative source for it. (I searched quickly and didn't see one.)
