Reproduction steps

The organs cannot be replaced when inserting T1 and T2 organs
How to repro:

1. quickstart "Mercy hospital"
2. giveitem T1/T2 organs, setskill all max
3. Analgesia, incision, clamp artery, retract, multipurpose scalpel, T1/T2 organs
4. Missing the organ that were replaced
   Expected behaviour:
5. The replaced organ takes place of the T1/T2 organ

Cyberbrain doesn't get extracted
How to repro:

1. quickstart "Mercy hospital"
2. giveitem augmentedbrain / cyberbrain, setskill all max
3. Analgesia, incision, clamp artery, retract, insert implant
4. Multipurpose scalpel (Adaptive organ extraction)
5. Brain Removed
   Expected behaviour:
6. Implant extracted

As a general note, Organ procurement procedure can be finished (sutured) with "Organ Removed" to gain the organs. Putting an organ removes "Organ Removed" and extracts the organ if it wasn't destroyed, into the same slot that the inserted organ was in
