Create CLI to bootstrap project faster

Instead of relying on copying the github repo and setup process, have a CLI that bootstraps the application for a given location

Example

1. Select application location ticket_sidebar, nav_bar etc (can be multiple)
2. Select UI framework - React, Vue, Nextjs etc

That's it, the app is setup and ready to go creating applications
