Add `SetUpTestSuite` and `TearDownTestSuite` equivalents

• Find out what the CppUnit versions are
  • does it just expect that code to be in the constructor? Nope!
• CppUnit names to be forwarded and defaulted
• Check code has only been ran once rather than once for every test

In the meantime users will have to edit tests to use the gtest versions
