  • Updated README with setup, usage, and function documentation
  • Added contributing guidelines and Code of Conduct
  • Added documentation and explanation for backoff helper functions and exponential backoff
  • Fixed logic in TestDownloadGTFSBundles
  • Restricted integration config file name for security
  • Renamed integration_servers.json → integration_config.json
