how to assign a new external id to a device in flutter.
also is there a specific format for the external id to be specific like that
for example : first two charecter should be capital Letter and the next 3 should be Numerical

also is there a specific format for the external id to be specific like that

There is no format restrictions except it should be parseable and encodable. I recommend numbers, letters, underscores (_), dashes (-), but no complex special characters.
