[Bug]: Unexpected error messages around step/run/pause

Description

There is still a number of unexpected error messages around stepping and run/stop/run when hitting ongoing view updates. Most of them are harmless but massively annoying. To show a few examples:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Used example: https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/NXP_FRDM-MCXN947_BSP/tree/main/boards/frdmmcxn947/cmsis/examples/DualCore
2. Connect to core 0.
3. Run/pause/step/run in various combinations and speeds.
4. Errors pop up.

More likely to happen when hitting a ongoing view updates.

Expected Behavior

No errors pop up unless there is really something wrong.

Additional Information

Particular error pop-ups point to CDT GDB Adapter being the root cause. But may be in combination of unnecessary window updates firing.
