[Feature]: Create Default patina_tests for Debug Builds

Some patina_tests should be run by default on debug builds, for instance heap corruption walking.

Patina could have a default test runner that it installs on a feature flag that is set by default and turned off for release builds.

@cfernald did you have any immediately? The one we talked about can't currently be done without a larger allocator rewrite (heap corruption test)

None come to mind. I think we understand there are some checks that should always be run on debug builds to try to catch bugs not directly related to core functionality, but the heap checks are the only one I can think of. I'm not sure we need an issue tracking this though, or if these type of checks should even fall under patina_test or something different.
