EcoMode active display on LCD

Related to #239

When EcoMode is active, the LCD should display this.

I propose when EcoMode is active the LCD should stop cycling and permanently display a message alerting the user that EcoMode is active e.g

When charging:

Line 1: "Charging xxx A"
Line 2: EcoMode Active

When Sleeping:

Line 1: "Waiting for solar"
Line 2: "EcoMode Active"

I think it is a great idea. I think we need to be more generic though. ecoMode can be used for more than solar. I would suggest using Power instead of solar. Waiting on Power
