Ware files quality of life improvements in DevStudio

• Option to automatically dismiss signature edit warning
• Disambiguate file name: Change tooltip message for relative path instead of just file name (eg when two files CMakeLists.txt and src/CMakeLists.txt are open)
• Reopen previous files when reloading a ware at DevStudio opening
• Automatically open ware at import (only if exactly one is imported)
