update the README on how to disable

Tracking down unwanted Google analytics reporting by our application (oracle/opengrok#4173) which uses Chronicle Map, I identified Chronicle-Analytics as the culprit. The README file says that to disable the library for Maven, 0.20.0 should be used, however such version does not exist on maven.org. There seems to be just 0.EMPTY.
