Tvbox JS Spider for Openlist

一直用 xiaoya-tvbox 将 openlist 上的影片中转订阅到 tvbox 上，一直嫌他太重。
之前也看到有相关 issue #299 提到这个问题，可能之前 alist 的 api 和 openlist 的有点区别。

经过搜索后发现可以用 quickjs 来写一个 tvbox 的爬虫，之前也有大佬写过兼容 xiaoya 的，修改了一下
兼容了 openlist ， 使用方法在项目中也写。算是 issue #299 解决方案。
