The goal of this PR is to finish the work that was started and reach compatibility with OpenErgView.

MUST-HAVE remaining feature (identified):

  • raise DataSubscriptionException, WorkoutConfigurationException or CsafeCommunicationException errors
  • validate Concept2Command data
  • ensure compatibility between multiplex data and its counterpart (or force MUX for now ?)
  • test dataplex (public ?) features
  • extend the example

NOT-SURE features:

  • validate and manage required subscriptions

SECONDARY features:

  • extend CsafePMSetScreenState
  • improve datatype methods to explicitly include units

OTHER work:

  • refresh README

This PR is based on Flutter Reactive Migration thus depends on the integration of the work in PR #23 & #17
