Date time pattern DD MON HHMM ZZZ misinterpreted

Describe the bug
Valid day + time is misinterpreted. Likely need Year for document in scope from any other date detections.

 DD MON HHMM ZZZ+
 # where timezone is only 3-5 alpha at most.  Possibly ZZZ+OOOO

To Reproduce

Try parsing with Xtemporal the date 04 APRIL 1145 AM. 04 APRIL 1145 GMT, etc.

Year is not 1145

Expected behavior

infer YEAR from document
put out date/time with HHMM resolution.
