Standardized `CfgTraverser` under `vadl.viam.graph.control` and updated all references across the codebase. Removed the older version and adjusted related imports and comments.
Created the `vadl-vdt` module, migrated related files, and updated dependencies in `build.gradle.kts`. Introduced `InstructionWordOrderExtension` to manage byte order in instruction decoding.
