Describe the issue

update the Mobile App Download page with the issues identified by @Aniort in #3053:

• the qr code has an aria-labelledby pointing toward nothing
• perhaps the qr code should enlarge with the zoom text only
• add "aria-hidden" for the whole carousel

From what I can see:

• the qr code has an aria-labelledby pointing toward nothing

The referenced id is inside the svg itself, I think it's fine.

• perhaps the qr code should enlarge with the zoom text only

Not quite sure about this one since if the qr is too big, there is an issue to flash it with a phone easily;

• add "aria-hidden" for the whole carousel

Yes good catch, probably empty all the alts attributes as well.
