Image Audio Depth Converter

This is two programs in one, the Image Color depth converter or CI-Depth made with Java can convert steps of color for RGB and bit depth for RGB, While AudioMod is made with C# and can convert .WAV files into worse sounding .WAV files with the same Bit depth and total step conversion capabilities. This project was originally made for a Youtube Project for my Youtube Channel so if there is something wrong with the code or you can't get it working, sorry? it should work with a couple minutes of setup but if it doesn't then take from the code what you wish!
