Feature Request: Interpret & as @

Making markov chains out of @names is fun, but it also pings those people, which is a nuisance.

I think it'd be nice if MoMMI interpreted & symbols as @ so you could do markov(&name) to avoid pinging the person.

MoMMI should also remove the @ from the @name in its generated markov string, or replace it with an &, so it doesn't ping people, either.
