Improvements to the CZI demo notebook #9
Description
The CZI demo notebook (Alignment via landmark annotations, query, aggregation) needs the following improvements:
- fix the broken images and GIF by adding the media to the
resourcesfolder - move the notebook here instead that having it in
spatialdata-sandbox - replace the Xenium dataset with the Xenium dataset used in the tutorials
