Working with @beniaminopozzan to generate and publish proper ROS packages for the px4_msgs for both arm64 and amd64.

TODO

  • local generation using container
  • update building documentation
  • auto generation for publishing official packages hosted by px4

Folks, I spoke with @tfoote during ROSCon 2025. It might be possible to publish to the ROS infrastructure and bundle it with official ROS releases. No promises, but I'll be looking into this.

Neat! I guess we would need one of these for each arch - amd64 and arm64?
