packages/paddlejs-converter is outdated and doesn't work anymore

None of the latest models of PPOCR seem to have js equivalent models. Is there any plan to convert the python models to js models.

I tried using the paddlejs-converter package. But, the utilities over there are outdated and do not work anymore.
