Request: Improve Arabic OCR support and provide it in PaddleOCR v5

Hello PaddleOCR team,

First of all, thank you very much for your amazing work on PaddleOCR. It has been extremely useful and impactful for many developers and projects around the world.

I would like to kindly request your support regarding Arabic OCR:

Current status: Arabic language support is available in earlier models, but the accuracy is still limited compared to English and Chinese. Also, it seems that Arabic models are not yet provided in the latest PaddleOCR v5 release.

Request: Please improve the accuracy and quality of Arabic OCR models (especially for ID cards, passports, and documents), and make sure to officially provide Arabic support in the v5 release.

Context / Why it matters: Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages globally, and there is a strong need for high-quality OCR in Arabic, particularly for banking, KYC, and document verification systems.

Your efforts in improving Arabic OCR and including it in PaddleOCR v5 will be greatly appreciated by the entire community.
