This pull request migrates the upgrade guide for Azure Table Persistence 5 to 6 to Azure Table Persistence 6 to 7.
Saga Compatibility was marked as warning=true for ATP v6, so the functionality was still available. The upgrade guide as written for 5 to 6 indicated that this functionality was fully deprecated, which is incorrect. This PR corrects this by moving the upgrade guide to 6 to 7, and adjusting the partials for the /persistence/azure-table/configuration page so that the saga compatibility documentation renders for v6.
