Adding thermal properties

It is suggested that source codes of the non-thermal and thermal properties of particles be placed in separate folders in the property directory.

Thermal properties should be constructed in the context of chemistry properties of particles in the module reaction. We must have a complete set of models that support physico-chemical properties of solids.
