What is the problem you are experiencing?
Hello,
The download of https://phish.co.za/latest/ALL-phishing-domains.tar.gz
hangs indefinitely. The connection works (HTTP 200 OK), but the download
freezes at 0% and never completes.

Is there a server issue or an alternative download option?

What did you expect to happen?
I expected the file to download completely and save to my computer,
similar to how other file downloads work.
Instead, the download hangs at 0% indefinitely without transferring any data,
even though the server responds with HTTP 200 OK.
Is there a workaround?
