No zones showing up

So I'm playing around with this and got it all working with the map and I can see the different zones colored and seems to match what the Mi home app is showing but I don't get any option to choose a zone to clean? Was that only if you pre-defined zones?

Also I added zones to attributes but that renders null but rooms do work. What command can I use to send my vacuum cleaner to that specific room for cleaning? room_numbers is rendering null but rooms have 5 entries and that match the actual rooms we got.

Thanks m8 for an awesome custom component, I have been lurking wanting to try this for a while but it seemed fiddly with custom firmware and stuff but with this custom component it's really easy to get going!

Here's my config. I'm using a S5 vacuum cleaner

Only predefined zones show up in a card. Additionally coordinates extracted using extractor are usually not very accurate, so it's better to figure out coordinates manually (e.g. using debug in card's settings).

null in attributes is a minor bug, I will fix it :)

Thanks for the quick reply! Good to know about the better accuracy of manually put in the coordinates, I'll def try that. So there is no use for the room numbers? I did notice that there was a attribute on the camera that lets you know in what room the vaccuum cleaner is in. I thought if one could send a clean command for a specific room number you could also make sensor that tells you when you cleaned a room last time. If you could set a friendly name for them room numbers that could be a really cool feature. Like getting a notification when it's X amount of days since the vacuum cleaner cleaned your livingroom or whatever :)

Maybe that can be achieved with specified zones as well?.

You can use room numbers to start cleanup using HA service, but currently it's not supported in map card.

You can use input_datetime to store last cleaning time for a specific room. You just have to make an automation that will be triggered by event call_service with specific data.

Sorry m8 but I don't find that HA service for cleaning a specific room number? Is it xiaomi_miio.vacuum_clean_zone?
