URL hash to popup report #19
Description
It would be useful to be able to share a link to a specific popup report e.g. www.carbon.place/pbcc/#E01000001 This shoudl be possible as reports are not tied to the map other than the map click defines which data to load. So we could after a click update the hash and then load the popup based on the hash.
In this case, URLs may pop up any LSOA regardless of where the map is, so perhaps we should pan the map in the background? This would require coordinates to be added to the JSON. Which might be useful for other things (e.g. mini maps in the popup report)
