Web application won't allign

Hello,

I've used the web application to allign my brain slices.
However, lately it won't follow through the process and will show an error message:
"500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."

It would be great to know what is the problem and what can be done to fix it.

Hey Tom, That is indeed strange. I just ran it myself with no issues. Perhaps you could try clearing your cache? If you are using tiffs it also wont work

I cleared my cache and it still doesn't work.
I use .jpg apx. 500x300 pixels in size.
The file naming follows the QUINT paradigm.
At first I thought that it might be because my files are uploaded from an external drive, but other files uploaded directly from the computer also didn't work. So did trying the web application on a different computer or on a different network.

the file naming could be the problem. name your section section_s001 (with the actual section numbers) i did this just now with your image and it wokrked
