Double check that IA `save` task is properly saving URLs.

It's a little difficult to properly gauge whether our IA save task is properly saving URLs -- the request just returns a `200` status. 

Let's make sure to double check that URLs we save with this task do in fact have new archives -- particularly those which did not have archives before.
