This PR improves the formatting of the patches.md file in the learn-patcher.xyz directory. The changes include adding bold formatting to headings and subheadings, replacing inline code snippets with properly formatted code blocks, adding bullet points or numbered lists where appropriate, and ensuring consistent indentation and spacing throughout the file.

• Created a new file named patches_new.md in the learn-patcher.xyz directory.
• Copied the contents of patches.md to patches_new.md.
• Added bold formatting to the headings and subheadings in patches_new.md.
• Replaced the inline code snippets with properly formatted code blocks in patches_new.md.
• Added bullet points or numbered lists where appropriate in patches_new.md.
• Ensured consistent indentation and spacing throughout patches_new.md.
• Deleted the patches.md file.
• Renamed patches_new.md to patches.md.
