This PR adds relative hyperlinks to the collection.md file in the learn-patcher.xyz directory. The hyperlinks enhance the structure and user experience of the document, allowing for easier navigation and reference within the content. Existing hyperlinks have been updated to align with the new structure or link to relevant sections/files.

• Created a new file collection_with_hyperlinks.md in the learn-patcher.xyz directory.
• Modified the collection.md file to remove the existing content and added a reference to the new collection_with_hyperlinks.md file.
• Added relative hyperlinks to relevant sections within the collection_with_hyperlinks.md file or linked to relevant files elsewhere in the repository.
• Updated existing hyperlinks in the collection_with_hyperlinks.md file to align with the new structure or link to relevant sections/files.
• Tested the hyperlinks within the collection_with_hyperlinks.md file to ensure they work correctly.
• Ensured that the additions and modifications adhere to the conventions and style of the existing document.
