[CAMPAIGN BUG] Default Profile Image Not Displayed + Needs Update

User profiles currently do not display a default avatar when no profile image is set. In addition, the placeholder image should be updated to reflect the “Year of the Chef” theme.

Expected Behavior:

A default avatar should display if the user hasn’t uploaded a profile picture.

The default avatar image should align with the "Year of the Chef" branding.

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit a user profile without a set profile image

Observe the missing or outdated default avatar
