Donor Rewards Button & DOnation Payout Model

Reward donors on donation history.
First work with Campaigns, but then also can work with any donation hsitory, Pot, on a proejct
Display donors based on allocated amount
Show token selection, amount, and balance
Enable payments (preferably through POTLOCK donations) in proportional fungible tokens
Similar to POTLOCK donation split but distributed based on donor payouts
