[FEATURE] Vision converter to support conversion to PGM DS Grid / arrays

Vision conversion to PGM DS arrays. PGM DS has good way of storing extra attributes which we currently collect in extra_info to be stored alongside the input_data. Also this would connect vision data with features from PGM DS.

I acknowledge that this would be very useful indeed. However, I suppose this would require us to keep up with Vision format again. Is this desirable?
