Error handling notebook

The error handling section is quite descriptive to be included in generic demo/workshop notebook https://github.com/PowerGridModel/power-grid-model/blob/main/docs/examples/Power%20Flow%20Example.ipynb. The task then includes moving all related contents out of this notebook.
Its importance too gets diminished towards the end of the demo so lets make a new notebook out of the complete section of Error Handling.
