Permission for downloading a model

I tried to download the wholeBody_CT_segmenation model from model zoo. Here is the link: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/model-zoo/tree/dev/models/wholeBody_ct_segmentation. I clicked the model link. It went to google drive. But it says that I don't have permission to download. Isn't it open source? Why do I need permission? How can I get permission? PLease see the attached screenshot.
